Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FitzyGo("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"). We try to collect the minimum information needed to operate the App and protect your account, and we handle your data in a way that is transparent and consistent with Apple's App Store privacy requirements.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who we are & contact

2. Information we collect

We only collect information that is reasonably necessary to provide the App, keep it secure, and support the features you use. Below we describe the main categories of data.

2.1 Contact information

  • Email address: collected when you sign up or log in with email via Supabase Authentication, and when you contact us for support.
  • Name or display name: if you choose to provide one in your profile or through a sign-in provider.
  • User-generated content: information you enter into the App, such as workout plans, workout logs, goals, preferences, progress notes, and any images or other content you choose to upload.

2.2 Identifiers

  • User ID: a unique identifier generated by Supabase and/or our backend so we can maintain your account and subscription status.
  • Device and app identifiers: identifiers created by our service providers or the operating system to help us understand usage, diagnose problems, and manage subscriptions. We do not use IDFA or similar advertising identifiers for third-party advertising.

2.3 User content

  • User custom workout plan: we store your custom workout plan to help you personalize your experience. You are free to edit or delete it at any time.

2.4 Usage data

  • Logging data: workout logs, such as sets, reps, weight, RPE, and related workout details, are stored so you can track your progress. You are free to delete them at any time.
  • AI personalization plan: we store your AI personalization plan so that you can review it later. You are free to delete it at any time.

2.5 Purchase information

  • Subscription status: we use RevenueCat and Supabase to know whether you have an active subscription and which product is active, so we can unlock premium features.
  • We do not collect or store your payment card or bank details. Purchases are processed by Apple or other app store providers.

2.6 Location information

  • We do not ask for or store precise GPS location. If our infrastructure or service providers process an IP address or similar technical information, it is used only for security, diagnostics, or to keep the App running reliably.

2.7 Advertising information

  • The App may display ads through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob or similar providers.
  • Those providers may automatically collect or receive certain information from your device or the App, such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers if available, IP address, app interactions, ad impressions, approximate location derived from network data, and diagnostic information.
  • We do not intentionally store ad interaction data in our own systems, but third-party ad providers may process data through their SDKs, servers, and cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies and your device settings.
  • Depending on your device settings, you may be able to limit ad tracking or advertising personalization through your operating system privacy controls.

3. How we use your data

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • App functionality: to create and manage your account, enable sign-in, track your workout, create your own workout plan, store your history, and manage your subscription.
  • Analytics: to understand how people use the App, which features are most helpful, and where we should improve. We aim to use aggregated or pseudonymous information whenever possible.
  • Security and abuse prevention: to protect the App, our users, and our infrastructure from abuse, fraud, and misuse.
  • Advertising support: to display ads through third-party ad providers and allow those providers to measure, deliver, and improve ads in accordance with their own policies and your device settings.
  • Support: to respond to your questions, bug reports, and feedback.

We do not sell your personal information. Where advertising SDKs are used, any collection or use of data by those providers is governed by their own privacy policies and your device privacy choices.

4. Third-party services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the App. Some providers process data on our behalf, while others such as ad networks may collect or receive data directly from your device or the App as part of their own services:

  • Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and related backend services.
  • Cloudflare / S3-compatible storage for hosting and storing media files and app assets.
  • RevenueCat for managing in-app purchases and subscriptions.
  • AI providers We use OpenAI to generate personalized workout plans. When you use this feature, we may send the following data: Fitness goals Age, weight, or physical attributes (if provided) Workout preferences This data is transmitted securely and used solely to generate results. OpenAI does not use this data to train its models by default and retains it only for a limited period for abuse monitoring.
  • Advertising partners such as Google AdMob or similar providers for ad delivery, measurement, and related advertising functionality.

Where providers act on our behalf, they are only allowed to process your data as necessary to provide their services to us. Where ad networks or similar providers collect data directly, their use of that data is governed by their own privacy policies and your device privacy settings.

5. Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as necessary to provide the App, maintain security, support your account, or comply with legal obligations.

  • Account data (such as email, user ID, and subscription status) is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards unless you request deletion or a longer retention period is required by law.
  • Logging data are retained so that you can review your history and track your progress. You are free to delete it at any time.
  • AI personalization plan are retained so that you can review your plan. You are free to delete it at any time.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, export, or delete your information.

  • Review and delete any of your data: within the App, you can view your workout logging data, AI personalization plan, and custom workout plan and delete them anytime.
  • Device permissions: you can control access to your camera and other device features through your device settings.

We may ask you to verify your identity before responding to certain requests.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete the information.

8. International transfers

Our servers and third-party providers may be located in different countries. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your own country of residence. We take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data where required by law.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App or by other reasonable means. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this Policy was last revised.

Your continued use of the App after any changes means that you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
